Working with
Flights
TGC uses the airlines flight schedules to automate the creation of operating flights in the system. The flight schedules are automatically loaded in TGC, generally created on a bi-annual basis, with routine updates that can be done directly in TGC.

1. Creating the Flight Schedule
The Flight Schedule is used by TGC to automate the creation of operating
flights. The schedule departure and arrival times are used to establish the
basic filing milestones with customs. You can easily create and update your flight
schedule in TGC, click on START to learn more about this process.
Your flight schedule can be uploaded by CHAMP's technical team in TGC via a SSIM file, a GFX schedule transfer or you can enter it manually in TGC.
To create it manually, you just need to select the menu item Schedule
Flight > Create Flight. The flight schedule entry
screen will then be displayed.
