System settings and overview of Cargo spot handling-

USERS PROFILES 

The user’s profiles and permissions to access the HHT are similar to the ones created for accessing Cargo spot Handling application. There is only one special duty code for the HHT user who is only responsible for the Goods Pick-Up (HHT_ONLY_PICKUP_).

USERS CREDENTIALS 

The users login IDs and Passwords to access the HHT are similar to the ones created for accessing Cargo spot Handling application

TWO PHASE ACEEPTANCE (ACG/ACD) This setting allows user to do the two phases of shipment acceptance (document acceptance ACD and goods acceptance ACG) any of the two first.

MANDATORY LOCATION This setting will make the storage location field for the HHT user mandatory to be entered or scanned.

DEFAULT FFM PIECES –

IMPORT FLIGHT CHECK-IN q Tick this setting OFF for all the handled carriers by SV to ensure the accurate inputs of received weight and pieces by SV end user.

OFFICES – LABEL PRINTER SETTINGS Set up the label printer path to allow the IATA 606 Barcode Labels directly printed to the label printer linked with the user office

REPORT EMAIL SETTINGS:-

The report email setting will allow the user to print different reports (damage report, PWS, AWB irregularity report) it will send the report in .pdf format as an attachment to the defined email address or it can be sent in a URL format where the user can download the report and print it out.

Export warehouse operations

FBL PREPARED BY RESERVATION By getting the FBL ready, 

it will allow the user getting started with the general cargo acceptance (either to start on the client application for accepting the documents (ACD) or to start on the HHT for accepting the goods (ACG))

1. Scan the AWB number

2. Select the record

3. The system will retrieve the AWB information 

GENERAL CARGO ACCEPTANCE

Complete the shipment with the physical check information: 

       1. Actual Pieces

          2. Actual Weight 

          3. Actual Volume

4. Location

            5. Security Check 

                                6. X-Ray When you finish press on OK button to confirm accepting the goods

The goods acceptance on the HHT has updated the record information in the client application. STATUS – ACC (Documents and Goods are accepted)
