GENERAL CARGO BUILD UP
Fill the flight information:
1. Flight Date (it can be checked
for 2 days back, 2 days a head and the actual date)
2. Carrier two letters code
3. Flight Number
When you finish press on OK button to show the Pre[1]manifested shipment
on the flight
Note: In addition to the (pre-manifested shipment) on the flight,
you can also check the shipments which are (booked, booked/not, on hand and
all) by pressing on # of the LIST field.
ASSIGNING THE ULDs:
It can be done on the
HHT in two ways:
1. Assigning ULDs by Query for free ULDs using the More ULD
Button:
a) Press on More ULD Button
b) Free ULDs screen will be opened
c) The Free ULDs Button will be used in case you are doing
the query on free SV ULDs
d) The Foreign ULDs Button to be used if you are looking for
free foreign carrier ULDs
e) You can choose the ULD from the list by highlighting it.

f. Or you can write the ULD number in the related field so
to find it out.
g. Assign the ULD on the flight (By pressing on Assign Button
the sign of the ULD will be changed from (-) to (+)). This is an indication
that the ULD is assigned on the flight.

➢ Loading the shipments in the
Assigned ULDs on the flight: 1. The assigned ULDs on SV552/24APR can be listed
in the buildup screen by pressing on # button of the ULD Number field. 2.
Select the ULD from the list 3. Select the Shipment which will be loaded in the
selected ULD 4. Press on ASSIGN button in order to load the shipment in the
chosen ULD

The shipment status in the client application is updated to
MAN based on the last update done by the HHT user.
1. To show the shipment
loaded in the ULD you can
select the ULD from the ULD
number list # then press on
SHOW button.
2. If you finish with building up
the ULD then press on
Build-up Complete button>
this will send a .pdf report
via email to the configured
address in the client
application.
3. If the shipment assigned by
mistake to that ULD or will
be offloaded so HHT user
can press on Detach button:
(Shipment status will be
changed to PRE)

ASSIGNING THE ULDs:
2. Assign ULDs on the flight
using the Assign button:
a) Put the free ULD number.
b) Push on Assign button.
c) A new screen with
(Question) will appear; press
on yes if your are going to
assign this ULD to the flight.
d) Then you can continue with
the same previous steps of
loading the shipments in the
ULD (Slide 32).
Note: If the ULD is not created in the ULD table of the client application and
you tried to put it in the ULD Number field then the system will ask if you
want to continue and create the ULD on the HHT?

ULD Tag print and the ULD
details: a) Put the free ULD number.
b) Press on ULD info Button.
c) A new screen with the ULD
details will appear; press on
Print ULD Tag to send the ULD
Tag via report to the
configured email address.
d) In the ULD details screen, you
can Release the ULD from the
flight by pressing on Release
Button.
e) The details of the ULD are
editable excluding the
Manifest weight. Press OK
button if you have changed
any of the ULD details.

1. PWS (Pallet Weight
Statement) Per ULD:
a) Enter the flight information.
b) Put the ULD number in the
Build up General Cargo
screen.
c) Press on the PWS Button
d) PWS scree will appear, press
on Print Button to send the
report of PWS via email.
Pallet Weight Statement
2. PWS (Pallet Weight
Statement) for all the ULDs
on the flight:
a) At the time when you finish
with the flight build up press
on the Build Completed
button.
b) A popup box with a question
“ to set build-up complete for
the flight and print the PWS”
c) Press on Yes button to
indicate that the flight build
up is completed and to send
the PWS to the configured
email address in the client
application.
Pallet Weight Statement – for all ULDs on the flight
